In the early 1980's, Bea Nettles used a large pinhole camera to produce 16x20" multi-colored bichromate prints. Each of these images is made from a single large-scale ortho film negative which has been printed repeatedly to build up the rich color. These prints document the daily events of raising two pre-school children, and are autobiographical landscapes of the imagination engaged close to home.
